Yep, I'm frustrated... it must be in the Ponerinae, and I have it down to Prionopelta or Amblyopone, but even those don't match every character just right... actually, I am going to go with Amblyopone...

Everyone else is guessing Amblyopone, so to be different I'm going to guess the other strong candidate, Prionopelta. This one kinda looks like a species of Prionopelta I commonly encountered in leaf...
